Industry 4.0 is also an issue for us – AXpark barriers are provided with various interfaces to work with present and future control technologies, so that the barrier can be operated remotely using protocols such as Ethernet TCP/IP.
The clever design of the barriers allows a simple and cost-effective mounting and installation of the barrier. The configuration of the barrier can be easily performed directly at the control unit. The BG Drives configuration tool GateControl makes the configuration of the barrier child’s play. The simple storage of the parameters allows comfortable documentation of the settings and transfer of the parameters to other systems.
Safety is our top priority – Safety was a constant theme during product development. Compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC and the required standards is confirmed by a declaration of conformity. The approval in accordance with Annex III of the Construction Products Regulation 305/2011 was tested and confirmed on the basis of an initial sample inspection by TÜV Nord Cert GmbH. Successful approval according to UL325 completes the safety philosophy of the AXpark barrier generation.
Up-to-date controls, a robust mechanism and a low-wear, heavy-duty servo drive are all combined in a barrier of the best possible quality. Its extremely low power consumption and minimum maintenance costs complete the picture.
