By activating the access control system (e.g. card reader), the turnstile is released in the authorised direction of passage. Depending on customer requirements, integrated detection (loops, optical sensors, etc.) of the bicycle being carried opens the bicycle door and the person and bicycle can pass through the entrance. The bicycle door closes automatically after a preset time.
